The Case Before Us, Part Two

If I understand the incident correctly, what we now have witnessed occurring on Memorial Day of 2020 may have never come to light but for a recording released by a bystander.

In that event, we have a classic instance of the proverbial Blue Wall of Silence.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison should immediately amend the Complaint to add counts of aiding an offender and conspiracy to do so. Minn. Statutes Section 609.495, s.3. and 609.175.

Bring the entire theory of the case before the jury. Justice requires it.
